Our dojo operates in a contemporary, neat place, which is fitted with all conveniences for a pleasant and vigorous training.

Our dojo operates the following classes: 


Children’s class

At children’s class, children from 6 to 14 years old are able to train in the art of Aikido.For the younger children the training is based on games, while for the older on the techniques. Through the practice children develop their abilities in Aikido, their physical abilities (balance, cooperation, movement) and their inner discipline (concentration, harmonious and peaceful behaviour).






Beginners’ class

At the beginners’ class take part those students that have been practising Aikido only for a while. This class introduces, smoothly and with safety, the newcomer to the philosophy and workings of Aikido. Each student, from the moment he enters the beginners’ class, follows, with the guidance of the teacher, its own way of development and evolution.



 

Mixed class

All the practitioners, regardless of their level, are able to attend this class.
